Create a Jamendo Licensing Account

To create a Jamendo Licensing account:

  1. Navigate to Jamendo Licensing 
  2. Click the Login/Sign up button in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. On the pop-up screen, find and click on the Sign up button:
  4. Enter your email address in the Email field and click Continue with email.
  5. You will be redirected to the sign-up form, where you’ll need to enter your first name, last name, and password.
  6. Finally, tick the newsletter checkbox and click Register.

Once you register your account for the first time, you will be automatically logged in to the Jamendo Licensing website.


Logging into your Account

To log into your Jamendo Licensing account:

  1. Navigate to Jamendo Licensing and click the Login/Sign up button in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Enter your email address and password, then click Login.


Réinitialiser votre mot de passe

To reset your password:

  1. Go to Jamendo Licensing , cliquez sur Connexion  en haut à droite, puis sélectionnez Mot de passe oublié  dans le formulaire de connexion..
  2. Enter the email address you used to register your Jamendo account and confirm your request.
  3. You’ll receive an email containing a link to reset your password and regain access to your account.
  4. If you don’t receive the email right away, check your spam or junk folder, as it may have been filtered there.


Désactiver votre compte

Si vous souhaitez désactiver ou supprimer votre compte Jamendo Licensing, veuillez contacter notre équipe d’assistance clientèle via notre formulaire de contact. 

Veillez à inclure les informations suivantes dans votre demande :

  • Votre prénom et nom de famille
  • Un message clair indiquant que vous souhaitez supprimer votre compte

Une fois que nous aurons reçu votre demande, nous procéderons à la suppression de votre compte ainsi que de toutes les données personnelles associées. Vous recevrez un e-mail de confirmation une fois le processus terminé.

La suppression de votre compte n’annule pas automatiquement les abonnements actifs. Si vous avez un abonnement en cours, assurez-vous de le résilier d’abord pour éviter toute facturation future.
