Accepted Payment Methods

When purchasing any of the Jamendo Licensing offers via our website, whether it's an Individual License, or a Subscription to our Catalog or In-Store Radios, payments can only be made by credit or debit card. 

We currently accept the following card providers: 

  • MasterCard 
  • Visa 
  • American Express 

If you're subscribing to our Catalog or opting for an In-Store Radio subscription plan, your payment details will be securely saved for automatic renewals, so you won’t need to re-enter them for each billing cycle. 


View and Download Your Invoices


If you'd like to download the invoice for your purchase, follow the steps below:

  • Log into your Jamendo Licensing account. 
  • Navigate to Orders
  • Click the Download button next to the purchase for which you'd like to download an invoice:

The invoice of your purchase will be downloaded as a PDF file.


Tax Charges


The prices shown on the Jamendo Licensing website are exclusive of taxes, meaning that taxes will be added to the total amount during the checkout process. To avoid being charged taxes, please ensure you enter your VAT number at checkout.

You can add you VAT number at checkout, as part of your billing address.
Add your desired products in your shopping basket and start the checkout process when you're ready. You will be asked to add your billing address, which also includes a VAT number field as shown below.
Once you've added your VAT number in the VAT field, click Save address.

Receiving a Certificate of Tax Residence

We are able to provide you with a Tax Residence Certificate upon request. 
To request a Tax Residence Certificate, please reach out to us via our contact form and let us know the country for which you'd like to receive the Certifica.

Tax forms can take up to 6 weeks to process. If you need a Certificate of Tax Residence, please consider this timeframe when placing your request.


Understanding Subscription Billing Cycles


Jamendo's In-Store Radio and Catalog Subscriptions operate as an automatic renewal system, so you don’t need to worry about manually renewing your subscription and license certificate. You’ll be informed in advance before any renewal takes place, and you’ll always have the ability to check the date of your next billing cycle directly in your account settings.

Your payment details are securely saved for automatic renewals, so you won’t need to re-enter them for each billing cycle. 


In-Store Subscription

When you sign up for Jamendo's In-Store subscription, you are opting for an annual subscription plan. This decision sets your payment schedule, indicating that you will be billed once a year as long as your subscription is not cancelled.


Catalog Subscription

When you choose to subscribe to Jamendo's Catalog, you can select either a monthly or an annual subscription plan. This choice establishes your payment schedule, meaning you will be automatically charged either monthly or annually, provided your subscription remains active and is not cancelled.


Refund Policy

When you purchase any of Jamendo Licensing services, you confirm and accept that access to the service begins immediately after your payment is validated. This agreement is part of our General Terms and Conditions of Use, which are accepted during the account creation process. 

As a result: 

  • Payments already made are final and non-refundable.
  • No payment cancellations, refunds, or reversals will be accepted.
  • You do not have a right of withdrawal after subscribing. 

This Refund Policy applies to individual license purchases, as well as payments for monthly and annual subscriptions.
